Business strategy modeling and execution
Modeling the right strategy of any business is a complex process not only in its design, but certainly in modeling its resources in term of adequate phasings, HR and financials and also in terms of clear deliveries.
Should that be an in house strategy design for a given proactive development, a regional strategy from mother company or a strategy to react to organisational/market challenges, the execution is critical and requires also a comprehensive approach, an adequate leadership and specific skills both technical and behavioral.
All across my 23 years serving worldwide multinationals both in Morocco and abroad, Governement and public companies as well as large family businesses, did allow me to successfully achieve several strategies modeling and executions in various fields from market/segment entries to Organisational changes or businesses transformations in fields varying from FMCG, to services (financial, outsourcing) and public sectors.
