Effective communication both internaly and externaly are also key in influencing and formulating adequate messages either to associates or to any company external partners wether these are associations, unions or governement and authorities.
Applicable fields are various such as the improving perception/reputation, managing opinions and acceptability or crises communications.
Internally, It is essential to develop adequate climat and team cohesion and reinforce organisation culture and motivation.
Externally, it is also as essential to create adequate relationships with different publics such as clients, prescriptors, press and local/national authorities leading into creating a corporate asset and image.
Beeing involved with large multinational corporate image challenges and also evolving with 2 successive Moroccan governements, I had the chance to acquire and adapt Lobbying/communication academic processes and enlarge my networking both in the civil and politiacl societies.
